SmartVideo by VideoEngager supported browsers
SmartVideo by VIdeoEngager uses WebRTC as the underlying video technology.
WebRTC is currently embedded and fully supported in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Apple’s Safari in both their desktop and mobile versions.
Microsoft Edge support is in the Desktop version of Windows 10. For Microsoft’s legacy browser – Internet Explorer 11, with no WebRTC native support, VideoEngager video functionality requires a 3rd party plugin from Atlassian.
